The Biden for President Scheduling & Advance Team is hiring a Production Coordinator to help coordinate our relationship with production vendors nationwide, support the operational requirements of advance teams while they are on travel supporting the campaign’s events, and work with advance teams and vendors to close out trips. This role will require a highly organized individual who can balance multiple tasks and who can prioritize in a fast paced environment. The Production Coordinator will report to the campaign’s Director of Scheduling and Advance. This role will require in person work.

Execute on nationwide production strategy supported by union workers

Assist advance teams in adhering to production budgets and work with the campaign financial operations team to make the most of campaign resources.

Onboard and manage campaign’s relationship with vetted vendors

Support advance teams with site selection, production orders, vendor selection, and documentation.

Manage the post-trip close-outs with vendors and other administrative tasks once a trip is complete.

2+ years of Production experience, preferably in a Presidential Advance setting

Experience working with vendors throughout the country

Prior interactions with managing external vendors and IATSE workers

Strong, concise, and efficient communicator.

Experience as an advance associate is a plus.

Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep moving forward on all of them at once.

Ability to work a flexible schedule as required for trip management.
