Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards
- Execution of recipes of plates and food preparation provided by Sous and Chef
- Maintain workspace restocking area as needed
- Clean and Sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift
- Execute opening and closing procedures

Additionally, they are the backbone of our restaurants and provide our team members with the cleanest equipment and highest-quality products in order to do their jobs effectively.
