Responsibilities:
- Provide field service support for industrial equipment and machinery
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment
- Conduct inspections and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions
- Assist with technical sales by providing product information and recommendations
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Work with low voltage systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
Skills:
- Strong field service experience in an industrial setting
- Proficiency in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and components
- Familiarity with low voltage systems and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
