Summary:
The Logistics & Business Administrator consists of being responsible for answering phones, scheduling, researching, and registering the company for events, scheduling educational outreach opportunities, responding to active city, county, and state bids, RFP’s, NOI’s, and providing administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient operations as needed. Also, the person in this role shall report to the Business/HR Manager, Accounting Manager, and the President of Envirotech Environmental Consulting Inc. (EECI).
Education and Experience:
The Logistics and Business Administrator should have a business degree or a combination of education and experience.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Dispatch monthly job cards and/or any service work orders as needed.
- Enter all new contracts into the fleet dispatching system.
- Manage President’s contact lists.
- Update contact lists and the company marketing contact lists daily; ensure all new meeting contacts are added accordingly.
- Communicate with EECI Field Supervisors and staff regarding upcoming meetings and events that are scheduled.
- Review and track city, county, and state websites daily for all current scopes of work to which the company would send proposals. ie RFP and bid websites.
- Maintain and organize maps in the office stockroom.
- Research and register for events, seminars, and other scheduled meetings to which our company should be a vendor for marketing opportunities.
- Create PowerPoint presentation for on-site assessments as needed.
- Set up PowerPoint presentations off-site, if necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate educational outreach and special events.
- Maintain educational outreach display and stocking of associated marketing materials with the assistance from the marketing department.
- Set up zoom or virtual meetings.
- Compile monthly reports, NCC reports and quarterly reports to send to clients.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Assist with accounts receivables by entering checks and credit cards.
- Assist with invoicing as directed by the business and accounting manager.
- Assist with creating CLP maps for the project consultant department.
- Assist with registration for DE & MD pesticide licensing.
- Maintain vehicle records and services.
- Ensure all business licenses are up to date.
- Stock and organize the closet when new apparel arrives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Lightroom.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
