Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives in both OEM and Distribution channels.
- Manage and lead a team of inside sales, Outside reps and marketing professionals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including performance marketing, SEO, and advertising.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with product management to ensure effective product positioning and messaging.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key OEM clients and partners.
Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing management roles
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, analytics, and advertising platforms
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Experience in product management is a plus
