Position Overview:As the Kitchen Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our gourmet kitchen. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing food quality, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the efficient operation of the kitchen. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure the production of high-quality gourmet and scratch-made dishes.
- Maintain and uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu items, ensuring creativity and innovation.
- Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of all food products.
- Monitor and control food costs while maximizing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to guarantee a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests.
- Weekend availability is a must to accommodate peak business hours.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role within a gourmet or scratch kitchen environment.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.

Pay: $41,779.75 - $50,315.39 per year
