Summary:
Hospital Sisters Health System is recruiting for a Chief Administrative Officer to serve HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham, IL and HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital in Shelbyville, IL. This role is responsible for operations as well as nursing leadership within the both hospitals. This role reports directly to the HSHS Central Illinois Market Chief Operating Officer.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospital leader that is confident managing in a matrix environment with proven success as a nursing leader as well as an operational leader. The ideal candidate is also comfortable with physician relations, service line growth, and community involvement.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, management, finance or related field is required or must be actively pursuing degree and graduate within 2 years of assuming the role.

Minimum of seven years leadership experience role in a hospital or health system, multi-specialty group practice and/or integrated delivery system is required.

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the state of employment.

Certification in Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) is preferred.

Qualifications:
Education

Experience
7 years leadership experience role in a hospital or health system, multi-specialty group practice and/or integrated delivery system is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
