Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Ensure work complies with relevant codes and standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical submittals.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues quickly and effectively.
- Lead and manage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Supervise and mentor journeyman and apprentices.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including OSHA standards.
Qualifications:
- Master Electrician License or Journeyman Electrician License.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial wiring.
- Proven experience as a foreman or lead electrician, with strong leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and local building regulations.
- Proficient in using various hand and power tools related to electrical work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate motorized scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts.
- Experience in installing, programming, and troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, and other electrical equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or iPad / Apple equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with fire alarm systems and lighting control systems such as Wattstopper and Crestron.
- Ability to operate a Greenlee Hydraulic Bender and a rigid power threader.
- Familiarity with single-phase and three-phase installations.
- Experience with underground PVC installations, utility, site lighting and under slab.
- Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
Education:
- Accredited Apprenticeship program with 8000 documented OJT hours.
- High School or GED and relevant field work is acceptable with substantial experience.
Certifications:
- Master Electrician License (valid through October 2025).
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
