General Summary:
The Account Representative II is an operational position that works with county government clients to support internet-based foreclosure and tax foreclosure sales, with a particular focus on the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office.
This position will work out of the Philadelphia Sheriff’s office, located in the Land Title Building at 100 S. Broad St., during normal business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee auctions from start to close, interface with clients, bidders and other departments (Accounting, IT, Customer Service) to resolve issues, as well as complete necessary reporting

Required to modifying and uploading spreadsheets, using backend systems to update auctions

Inputting payments, reconciling balances, processing refunds

Available by phone and email to provide support to clients and support the sales team on client calls

Conduct live training in the Philadelphia area, develop training materials

Participate in regularly scheduled calls with supervisor and Account Management team

Responsible for providing weekly updates on the Philadelphia’s Sheriff’s Office tax and mortgage sales
Qualifications:
Education/ Experience:
-
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
-
At least 2 years account management experience, preferably with government agencies

Project management experience preferred
-
Auction and/or real estate knowledge a plus
Skills:

Must be highly organized and detail oriented; accurate and timely

A high level of technical proficiency

Strong Microsoft Office including Excel skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to think outside the box and solve problems

Bilingual Spanish speaking (not required)
Ability:

Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction from line level employees to C-suite executives

Ability to handle multiple projects and overlapping deadlines
Work Conditions/ Physical Demands: Primarily office work based onsite in Philadelphia sheriff’s office located in the Land Title Building at 100 S. Broad St
Travel:Occasional travel required to conferences and meetings
