Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a passion for sales. This position offers a salary PLUS uncapped commission earnings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Prospect to identify and target potential clients across a range of business sizes. This involves researching and understanding their needs to effectively pitch our products/services
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product features, and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales
Experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a professional, personable, and engaging demeanor
- Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts or commissions
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively
- Bilingual (Spanish) or multilingual skills are an asset
