Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and inquiries
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and expand client base
- Administer benefits to clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Stay up-to-date with insurance market trends, products, and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
- Maintain client records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales role, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes and procedures
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and learn new insurance products
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and record keeping
