About the Role
Responsibilities:
· Partner with Corporate Engineering and Facility staff to develop and execute projects from conception to completion
· Develop project scope, budget, and schedule
· Document and manage project progress.
· Work with facilities to make process and maintenance improvement recommendations to existing equipment and workflow
· Ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
· Manage project report outs and information flow as needed, conduct regular meetings with facilities and managers to ensure project clarification
About You
· You have large scale, capital project management experience
· You are driven by process improvement, equipment upgrades and continuously seeking areas to better our business
· You have experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance, government and environmental compliance, material handling and storage and AutoCAD 2D
· You are a Safety czar and lead by example
· You live by your project management tools and have proven success delivering complex projects
· You have exceptional relationship building skills and are able to communicate well at all levels
· You are able to travel 50 – 60%
· You have earned a BS in Engineering
