Responsibilities:
- Design and create architectural plans, sketches, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Rhino3D.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.
- Review and analyze construction plans, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors during the construction phase to resolve any design-related issues.
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects and drafters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino3D, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Experience in construction estimating is a plus.
- Knowledge of interior design principles is preferred.
