Job Title: Calibration Technician
Duration: 6 months

Job Description :
As a part of our growing quality team, this role will partner with our calibration engineer to ensure the measurement & test equipment used to build space vehicles and rocket engines are calibrated and cycled on schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform calibration of measurement & test equipment in a metrology lab environment.
Maintain accuracy of calibrated item inventory & calibration status.
Utilize 3rd party calibration vendors and oversee the logistics of calibration services.
Assist manufacturing team with device recall & notification.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years’ experience in Calibration
HS Diploma + calibration-related technical training
Familiarity with the operation of measurement and test equipment.
Comfortable utilizing a computer to maintain, organize & track technical information
DESIRED:
Military PMEL or Post-Secondary metrology training
Experience with industry calibration standards (ANSI NCSL Z540.3, ISO/IEC 17025)
Experience with industry quality and configuration control system methodologies (AS9100, ISO:9001)
Experience developing, operating and maintaining calibration systems & procedures
Experience in customer service

Pay: $26.35 - $42.00 per hour
