The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving inbound orders or outbound orders, then creating the corresponding order in WMS. Ensure that data is timely & accurately entered into the company’s WMS. Maintain communication with customers to verify and resolve any issues.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive Inbound Orders/packing list and create a corresponding Inbound Order in WMS. Products with configurations to be entered depending on type of freight. Print out reports for Warehouse employees to verify freight unloaded into warehouse. Reconcile report after details are given by unloader and send final report to customer.
- Receive Outbound Orders and create a corresponding Outbound Order in WMS. Pick specified products/lot #’s depending on customers requirements. Provide details to warehouse for upcoming orders to be pre picked so they are ready to be loaded out. When driver comes to pick up, have driver sign BOL and provide Pick Ticket to supervisor which breaks down the freight that should be loaded. E-mail signed BOL to customer.
- Run Inventory Reports and send to customer when required.
- Update charges when necessary for orders.
- Maintain WMS system accuracy and in live status; ensure completed work is updated and cleared properly in the system.
- Communicate/update Manager on daily progress, challenges, changes, issues, and all other matters; to include, daily/shift turn over; sending daily rollover/recap report.
- Reply to E-mails timely and professionally.
- Think “outside the box” and strive to dispatch in such a fashion that extra costs are minimal and the Carrier’s work production is maximized.

Skills:
- WMS experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred but not necessary
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication
- Self-motivated, team player with a “can-do-attitude”
Experience:
- 2-3 Years Warehouse CSR experience preferred
