St. Louis Dermatology Center has an exciting opportunity to join our growing medical team! The role is full time, four days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays).
As a leading dermatology office based in St. Louis, we provide both medical and cosmetic skincare services. The front desk administrator will interact with people from all different walks of life and help make a positive difference in the lives of others through better healthcare. We are a team of upbeat, service-oriented professionals that enjoy working together and taking care of others. No medical experience is necessary; we will train the right person! About the Role: This position plays a vital role on our team. Not only are you the first and last point of contact for our patients, but you will also play an engaging part in the entire patient experience. From welcoming patients and ensuring proper check in to scheduling appointments, answering phones, and assisting with general office administrative tasks, this position is the motor to our medical team's engine. It is fast-paced and engaging (your work days will fly by).

Responsibilities: Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone / email inquiries, verifying patient intake information, obtaining payment for the visit, assisting with general office administration duties, and overall being a warm, empathetic human being that likes to do well for herself/himself while doing good for others.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
