Qualifications
- Completion of an approved registered nursing education program in a jurisdiction as defined in paragraph (R) of rule 4723-5-01 of the Administrative Code;
- Experience for at least five years in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse.
- A master's degree with a major in nursing; and
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in Ohio.
- Previous teaching experience preferred, but not required.
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Commitment to a diverse and civil learning and working environment.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey a message clearly and concise via email, text or over a phone call
- Maintains professional, businesslike behavior and appearance
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service both to employees and students
Pay: Negotiable based on experience

Job Description
The Nursing Programs Director collaborates with and reports to the Director of Nursing/Program Administrator to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations and assist with assigned administrative tasks of the nursing programs to advance the School of Nursing as a progressive academic center focused on student success. This position works to support the PN and RN nursing programs and nursing students. Teaching 1 -2 didactic courses related to nursing experience is part of this position. This position is hybrid, and will work three days on campus, Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays. Other duties and project participation as assigned.
