JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree and 5 years of experience in health care or financial industry.
- Knowledge of health insurance products, trends, business intelligence.
- Knowledge of sales channels and sales processes
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Masters Degree in Marketing, Health Care, Finance or Business.
- Ability to effectively interact with staff/management across multiple departments and levels, including executive leadership
- Experience supervising project teams/personnel and mentoring.
- Strong presentation and group facilitation skills.
- Analytical skills and financial acumen to analyze reports.
- Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.
- Experience working with health insurance brokers and/or health insurance consultants.
- Experience in health insurance group sales and/or marketing.
- 4 years experience managing projects including leading large cross-functional workgroups through entire project lifecycle and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical skills and experience including developing reports and planning frameworks.
- Experience analyzing problems, providing recommendations for improvement, and assisting in solution implementation.
- Knowledge of state and federal legislation and regulations applicable to health insurance.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
