The Training Coordinator will assist in identifying, developing, and implementing training and education relative to safety, health, environmental risk, loss prevention, and human resources for all team members at the facility. The Training Coordinator is part of a support team performing multiple duties for constructing windows and/or doors. The team member could be asked to complete job tasks that will vary based on business necessity.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Responsible for all plant training programs.
§ Developing, organizing, scheduling, and providing training material for the plant.
§ Assist in developing training modules to meet assessment needs and ensure the subject matter experts sign off
and update the content.
§ Coordinate the identification of development pools.
§ Conduct and facilitate training sessions as requested by Field Management.
§ Flexibility of work hours, including mandatory overtime when business needs require.
§ Regular, dependable attendance consistent with attendance guidelines is required.
§ Ability to learn and rotate to three (3) or more different responsibilities and/or positions.
§ Ability to communicate concisely, politely, and respectfully with team members.
§ Meet task timelines to ensure productivity goals are met with accuracy and quality.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
§ High school diploma or GED
§ Manufacturing-related experience is preferred. § A teaching certificate or degree is preferred.
§ Training experience is mandatory.
