Mega Brown Box is a startup e-comm and retail business focusing on selling overstock items on multiple online retailers which include, but not limited to, E-bay, Amazon, Marcari, Facebook Marketplace, WalMart, and OfferUp. We have experienced tremendous growth in the last year, and have now open our second Retail Location servicing the Lakewood area inside of the Lakewood Mall (opening soon!).
We are looking for a responsible, hard working individual that can help us take the business to the next level. Our goal is to make Mega Brown Box the next Ross/HomeGoods!
You must be comfortable speaking to clients, helping them find products, great at upselling, customer service, and understanding the client's needs. Retail experience is required, and experience selling furniture a plus, in addition; experience using Facebook, and comfortable using a smart phone is a must.
It would be great if you have previous experience with any of the e-comm retailers above, but is not a requirement. Prefer for candidate to be bilingual in Spanish and English, with both English and Spanish writing skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Assemble furniture, test items for quality control, create product profiles
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- High school degree
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
