Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Coordinator), you'll oversee a team responsible for setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment. You'll also manage employee training, work assignment, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution. Additionally, you'll contribute to budget planning, capital project execution, and occasional hands-on maintenance tasks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field plus 2 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, blueprints, and job orders.
- Strong team building, teaching, and communication skills.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools and operate machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes.
- Physical ability to work in a dusty environment, lift up to 75 pounds, and perform tasks requiring hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and fine manipulation.
