Responsibilities:
* Customer Interaction:
* Act as a primary point of contact for customers, engaging with them through various channels
* Build and maintain positive relationships by providing personalized and attentive support.
* Proactive Outreach:
* Initiate proactive communication with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
* Customer Onboarding:
* Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition
* Product Knowledge:
* Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to customers.
* Issue Resolution:
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
* Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues.
* Feedback Collection:
* Gather customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct communication, providing insights to improve products and services.
* Customer Retention:
* Implement strategies to enhance customer retention, including loyalty programs, special offers, and personalized communications.
* Collaboration:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
* Data Analysis:
* Analyze customer engagement metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and engagement for management.
Qualifications:
* Experienced in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field but NOT required
* Proven experience in customer service or customer engagement roles.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $750.00 - $1,000.00 per week
Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
