Twin Cities Closet Company’s (TCCC) growing team is seeking an experienced Installation Scheduler. The position of the Installation Scheduler is responsible for scheduling client, commercial, and builder project installations while adhering to the appropriate guidelines set forth by TCCC. They’re responsible for obtaining, verifying, conveying, and transferring necessary information to and from the TCCC’s team and its clients. This position will work closely with the Installation Manger to ensure that clients needs are being met, and installations are being scheduled accurately and successfully. The Installation Scheduler is critical to the TCCC team as they are responsible for managing the installation calendar in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving information. Their communication and attention to detail are crucial to ensuring the success of TCCC’s installations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages TCCC’s installation calendar while inputting information and ensuring it is accurately up-to-date.
- Work closely with clients, Installation Manager, Designers, and other employees to facilitate prompt installation scheduling ensuring best and most efficient method.
- Gathers pertinent information quickly, asks clarifying questions, and accurately schedules appointments based on the information provided and gathered.
- Responsible for client communication through phone and email and SMS while updating the CRM.
- Written communication with clients to notify installation dates.
- Assist with installation re-schedule updates and scheduling of return trips when needed and directed by Installation Manager.
- Works closely with Installation Manager to maintain constant work-flow schedules to ensure TCCC is achieving desired installation dollar amounts and installers schedules are filled.
- Schedules Subcontractor Installations with customers.
- Create positive impressions and experiences for customers and staff by being calm, professional, and communicating with knowledge and compassion
- Displays professionalism, compassion, tact, and respect always when working with co-workers and customers

Job Requirements and Competencies:
- Education
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
- College education is highly valued
- Experience and skills
- Previous scheduling experience.
- Excellent verbal, digital, and written communication skills
- Computer and software experience
- Microsoft Office Suite (ex. Excel) and Google Suite
- Work Environment
