Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data from various sources into the computer system
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with databases and data collection methods
- Previous experience in clerical roles preferred
- Ability to file, transcribe, and computerize information accurately
- Skilled in data entry with a keen eye for detail
