The Role: As our Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our fast-paced, high-output real estate team. Your mission will be to enhance our operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability through strategic planning and execution. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement systems and strategies to optimize team productivity and profitability.

Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in administration or operations management within a fast-paced environment, real estate experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, profit-loss analysis, and operational efficiency.

- Outstanding project management capabilities, adept at prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, with a keen eye for optimizing operations.
