Description:
Candidates must have experience in procurement, contracts, and purchasing.
Additionally, procurement staff will support departments in obtaining necessary price quotes in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and will play a crucial role in coordinating the formal bid process by advertising proposals and soliciting bids on various agency projects. In addition to procurement responsibilities, the selected individual will be involved in property management tasks. This includes assisting in the acquisition, accountability, assignment, maintenance, and disposal of agency property.

Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of contract management
- Knowledge of procurement and purchasing laws
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based environment
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
- Ability to coordinate and maintain relationships with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to effectively interact with administration, faculty, staff, and other outside contacts.
