Summary: Maintain office workflow to facilitate large volume correspondence; daily receive, analyze, and ensure proper distribution of claims for timely processing. Manage the preparation and submission of documents to establish timely availability of scanned images.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, local office mail, and courier packages
2. Sort incoming claims mail and prepare for submission to scanning vendor
3. Monitor counts of mail for proper scanning batch balancing procedures
4. Coordinate and scan daily batch files for submission to scan vendor
5. Maintain Eligibility Matching queue
6. Manage repricing mailbox/work queue for repricing issues
7. Scan paperwork into priority queue and maintain indexing work queue
8. Manage and scan Incoming faxes daily
9. Handle Elixir invoices received bi-monthly
10. Support in house claim repricing
11. Assist Claims Department with any tasks to facilitate workflow
12. Regular and reliable attendance

- Monitor office supplies and workspace reporting needs to Supervisor
- Complete projects or other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
- Technical: To perform this job successfully the employee is proficient in working with the following systems:
· QicLink System
· VBA System
· Excel
· Word
· Microsoft Outlook

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
