The Recruiting Analyst tracks, organizes, and analyzes recruiting data to provide meaningful insights that help the organization understand meaningful patterns about candidate branding, sourcing, selection, hiring, and retention outcomes. This person will calculate the recruitment efforts to support department planning and creating training courses. By using recruiting analytics, recruiters, HR, and management can make informed decisions, boost efficiency, and streamline hiring workflow, stay ahead of the competitive talent market, and anticipate future hiring needs and trends.
Senior Recruiting Specialist sources, recruits, schedules, and supports the candidate and hiring manager throughout the recruiting experience. Assists; organizes, and participates in recruiting events such as phone screens, recruiting fairs, trade school partnerships, and mock interviews.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting Systems Administrator - Point of contact for troubleshooting, identifying process improvements, training on systems use
- Support the development of training courses
- Build content
- Gain manager's buy-in
- Facilitate training
- Create Recruiting process maps
- Assist in annual department planning
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting
- Job fair coordination/schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Partner with trade schools, scout new recruiting partnership opportunities and identify and lead volunteer events. (Skill Builders, WFS, IEC, community colleges, trade schools)
- Engage with schools monthly
- As needed will recruit during high workload times, including answering phones, sourcing, conducting candidate interviews, and participating in manager intakes/touch base conversations.
- Modify and create Job descriptions

Qualifications:
- 4 years of recruiting experience (electrical/field recruiting preferred).
- Strong time management skills.
- Professional presentation, communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills needed (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), Candidate Management Systems (CMSs), and recruiting systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- An in-depth knowledge of assessment techniques, including behavioral interviewing, is essential, and previous experience recruiting with blue-collar sectors is preferred.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting and passive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, social media, and other job boards.
