Duties:

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist role or similar position is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Proficiency in Google Suite or similar software
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Experience in a medical office or as a dental receptionist is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
