The front desk staff at Harmony Within are responsible for the following:
Opening and Preparing The Office. Opening the office involves arriving 30 minutes before the first session of the day (unless otherwise specified), ensuring that the office is presentable, and each treatment room is ready to accommodate sessions. ● Opening procedures ● Book appointments ● Reschedule appointments ● Call and confirm then explain our procedures ● Check in and Check Out Clients ● Take client temperatures and ask them to wash hands for 20 second ● Ask Covid-19 screening questions before each client begins their session ● Update appointment statuses in our booking system, Vagaro (Checked in, in session, cancelled, no show etc) ● Handle credit cards, cash, Groupons, gift certificates, and other forms of payment ● Provide Quality Customer Service Our facility is a place for people to unwind and destress, so being friendly, understanding and attentive is a must! ● Greet clients ● Write and Create Documents Occasionally, front desk staff will have to write emails, letters, event forms, and other documents. ● Keeping inventory ● Maintain Office Cleanliness comply and with Covid-19 safety guidelines. ● Restock and refill supplies when necessary ● Follow closing procedures for the night ● Data Entry.
Must be a quick learner of new software programs and have good people skills.
