Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor, respond and execute all customer notifications, inquiries and reviews within our partner sales channel portals
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with care and respect
- Act as a brand ambassador and subject matter expert for all products sold across all sales channel platforms
- Create and assign actionable tickets in customer service application
- Share customer feedback and information with senior management in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
- Live correspondence with customers via phone, direct message and email
Qualifications & Skills (Required):
- Ability to use and navigate web-based applications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for both customers and internal staff
- Strong organizational skills
- Critical thinking and creative problem solving
- Impeccable public speaking skills
