Job Duties:
- Project Set-up - Trade, Procurement, Budget Set up.
- Prepare & issue Subcontracts/ PO's
- Responsibility for all aspects of permitting for projects
- Develop, Manage & Maintain RFI & Submittal Logs
- Develop & Regularly update CPM and look ahead schedules
- Prepare Project meeting Minutes/ Agendas & Run Meetings
- Collaborate with Tenants, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors throughout the projects
- Strong Skillsets in the following categories:
- Technology
- Organizational
- Communication
- Time Management
- Scheduling
- Use of Procore is essential for all construction projects.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of electronic construction management systems and construction processes.
- Computer Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, ETC.) and Adobe PDF
- Prior experience with Procore A Plus
- Bachelors Degree required
- Well Developed Communications Skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Verifiable experience with positive references and background.
