Successful Aging Career Institute, a renowned Nurse Aide Training School, is currently seeking dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our educational team at our Philadelphia and Upper Darby, PA locations. The position offers the unique opportunity to mold and inspire the next generation of nurse aides, playing a crucial role in their development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver comprehensive training to nurse aide students.
-Develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
-Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices and standards.
-Collaborate with other faculty members to continuously improve the curriculum.
Qualifications:
- Must have valid/current license as RN or LPN.
- Strong passion for teaching and mentoring future healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior teaching experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Education:
-TTE (Train the Educator) Certificate holders will be given preference for this role.
Salary:
