**Job Summary**
The managers of a small, woman-owned local company are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team for a flexible, part-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the managers and ensuring the smooth operation of their home offices, while maintaining confidentiality and working independently.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to our managers in their home office locations in New Haven and Woodbridge, CT.
- Manage calendars and emails, schedule appointments
- Computerize administrative tasks and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Utilize computer literacy to navigate various software and systems
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the home
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and preparing reports
- Provide personal assistant services, including booking meetings, coordinating family obligations, and scheduling home maintenance appointments.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with computerized systems
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling software
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Commitment to confidentiality of all business, patient, and personal records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
