The Customer Service Representative works with a small team to assist customers. These assignments include trouble shooting any customers issues, sales, and product knowledge
REQUIREMENTS:
Essential Functions:
- Computer Proficiency
- Communication skills
- Answer inbound Customer Service calls and e-mails.
- Excel Beginner skills
- Create documents assisting with any customers issues.
- Learn and retain product numbers (SKU) and product information.
- Process online orders as well as inbound phone call placed orders.
- Create Sales on inbound calls
- Specific serial number orientation, attention to detail with numbers

Experience and Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
