Pinnacle Staffing is looking to fill an immediate opening for a Full time Experienced Soldering Assembler Technician, Cable Connector Assembler and Wire Harness Assembler positions for our client located in Longwood, Florida. 32750.
Job Title: Soldering Assembler Technician
- Location: Longwood
- Salary: starting at 15.00-$22.00 (Depending on Experience)
- Schedule: Mon-Thur - 7-4 - Fri 7-1

Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Soldering Assembler Technician who is proficient in cable connector assembly and wire harness assembly. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components, cables, connectors, and wire harnesses according to specifications and blueprints. The pay rate for this position varies depending on experience and skill level
- Assemble/connector components according to specifications.
- Ability to solder very small components- under a magnifying glass.
- Precisely aligning and connecting parts, often using specialized tools and equipment.
- Inspecting and testing assembled connectors to ensure they meet required standards and performance specifications.
- Accurately read assembly drawing - blue prints..
- Follow assembly MSPs.
- Performing soldering and crimping operations to secure connections and ensure reliable electrical performance.
- Identifying and resolving an assembly issue or defects to maintain high-quality output.
- Keeping accurate records of assembly processes and quality checks for accountability and traceability.
- Weekly follow-up with management for team feedback regarding pass/fail yields, assembly workmanship, and updating weekly demand requirements.
- Track/record job progress and deficiencies daily in both written and electronic formats.
- Proven experience as a Soldering Assembler Technician or similar role in electronics manufacturing or assembly.
- Proficiency in soldering techniques and IPC standards.
- Experience with cable connector assembly and wire harness assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
- Knowledge of electronic components and their functions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Resistance Tweezers, a plus.
- Soldering and Crimping
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent Vocational Training.
- 1-5 Years experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Experience working in an electronic / mechanical capacity.
- Wide variety of hand tools, power tools, wire cutters, torque wrenches, calipers, and other measuring tools
- Understanding detailed engineering drawings and specifications to accurately assemble components
- Electronic and mechanical aptitude is a necessity.
- JSTD- Certified
- IPC 610 or 620 Certified
- Related Military experience
- Willingness to work varied shifts to support surge activities.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to read and understand wire diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Must be able to accurately use measuring tools and perform basic mathematical functions.
- Must have keen attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a strong understanding of microwave and RF (radio frequency) principles
- Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds.
