Overview:
The objective of the Operations Production Lead is to ensure operations in the area are conducted at the highest level of efficiency and utilization while maintaining industry standards in warehouse management and quality / EHS compliance. The Lead is expected to monitor and maintain a constant flow of product moving through the process and acting as a main point of contact for other departments and escalations.
Essential Functions:
- Contribute to driving continuous improvement for:
- Product Yield
- Services Revenue
- SLA Attainment
- Quality of Finished Goods
- Maintains work area organization, housekeeping and process flow.
- Ensures work areas are properly labeled, with appropriate signage, aisleways taped and product bins in designated locations.
- Aisleway and work area are maintained and kept free of congestion, trip and fall hazards, and orphaned product.
- Oversees daily production of technical operations to complete contracted services
- Assists others in Troubleshooting, Data Sanitization, Functional/Cosmetic Evaluation and Imaging as required.
- Updates production records
- Works with Operations management and updates area job board with targeted goals to be completed each day
- Ensures operators have sufficient material to process to maintain constant flow of product
- Constantly evaluates processes for potential improvements
- Equipment, layout, material handling equipment, systems, and documentation.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years’ experience working with electronics hardware
- Has completed additional courses in time management, communication, and leadership

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
