PrimaryOne Health is currently seeking a Quality Analyst for our administrative office in Columbus.
Essential Job Responsibilities:

1. Assists with conducting a comprehensive, continuous quality improvement (CQI) program throughout the medical practice, including helping to develop annual plans and outcome goals and analyze results on an ongoing basis. Uses computerized information systems to gather data, statistically analyze data and practice patterns. Ongoing data- mining, data stewardship, and monitoring and benchmarking of quality initiatives.

2. Assist clinical teams in making outcomes data actionable while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards. Fulfills internal and external requests for outcomes data, including developing special reports.

3. Collaborates with IT Department for ongoing improvement initiatives.

4. Develops and deploys presentations to educate staff on making data actionable, outcomes management principles and systems. Meets with clinical teams about outcomes data to discuss implications for clinical practices. Identifies areas needing improvement.

5. Collaborates with clinical teams to use outcomes data in patient education and clinical practice applications including the development of new condition-specific protocols and clinical documentation procedures. Helps train clinicians on new protocols.

6. Monitors medical practice efforts to ensure compliance with internal and external QI standards. Reviews medical records and other documentation to ensure quality care. Assists with completion of annual QI report.

7. Evaluates variance and other data to identify QI opportunities and risk management issues.

8. Regular and consistent attendance.

9. Other duties or special projects as assigned.
Successful candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred. Minimum three years of related experience in health care setting.
