General Day to Day
The Sr. Implementation Manager (IM) effectively guides clients and internal development teams throughout the implementation process. A Sr IM works closely with all levels of client organizations to actively set expectations and support established, project goals. To accomplish this the Sr. IM is expected to spend time with the client to understand workflows and use cases, in order to drive best practices. The Sr. IM owns the implementation plan and actively manages tasks between internal teams, client teams, and leadership so project requirements are well understood, and the solution built supports and improves an organizations management and representation of their clinical assets.
To Be Successful You Must Be
- Someone with a demonstrated ability to keep multiple teams coordinated around a standardized, central process
- Able to set and manage client expectations and drive the best solution working with cross functional teams
- Someone who seeks out issues and owns driving solutions to them, while keeping all resources informed of progress
- Someone with 5+ years’ implementation experience preferably within a Health Information Technology (HIT) environment
- A proactive learner and able to demonstrate exceptional deductive reasoning skills
- Highly organized and capable of continually and clearly defining upcoming tasks for all project and client teams
- Someone familiar with workflows and basic operations within health systems
- Eager to learn new skills
- Excellent in both verbal and written communication
- Able to travel when needed (~30%)
In an Ideal World You Would Already Possess:
- Strong knowledge of EHR (i.e. Epic, Cerner, Allscripts), Credentialing (i.e. Cactus, Echo, Morrissey), and Health Plan systems and workflows
- A familiarity with integration (specifically APIs) and connectivity (i.e. VPN, SSO) work
- Knowledge and experience working for or with smaller, rapidly growing companies and understand the unique challenges of this environment
- Strong consultative skills and the ability to appropriately recommend technical solutions that meet both Phynd and client objectives
- A strong foundation working with projects that include data mapping, record layouts, and interfacing components
- A demonstrated ability to mentor and support more junior staff in their growth
