Reports To: VP, Strategic Business Operations

Job Summary:
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is an organized, proactive team player. This individual is responsible of leading engagement and reputation programs to build awareness, shape perception, generate interest and influence preference by targeting buyers, customers, and influencers across the globe. Through the development of an online and offline content marketing strategy, a comprehensive internal and external communications strategy, the Chief Marketing Officer will create a consistent, recognizable global position for IBEX.
The Chief Marketing Officer has exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing this individual to manage projects and expectations from senior leaders. The Brand and Content Marketing Manager has developed the ability to identify and pursue opportunities, contributing to the success of the sales pipeline in both supplier diversity and government sales. They will represent IBEX and Certifiably Diverse brands with the highest degree of professionalism, always serving as brand ambassador.
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will gain the respect of the entire IBEX team, vendors, customers, and partners. They will be defined by a solid work ethic, with strong personal and professional integrity. The Brand and Content Marketing Manager regularly acknowledges the contributions of those around them and more importantly understands how those contributions fit into the success of each business unit. Education and Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline

Minimum of 2-4 years of direct work experience managing a variety of marketing projects

Responsibilities:

Responsible of the development and governance of the brand strategy, including corporate messaging and positioning.

Shape IBEX IT Business Experts, IBEXEd, and Certifiably Diverse brand identity, creating brand and style guidelines, storytelling strategies and assuring the correct brand usage around the world.

Lead and design, PR, media and content agencies or contractors, building strong working relationship and acting as a day-to-day liaison.

Own influencer relations across the spectrum of traditional influencers and emerging influencers. Work with other marketing areas to build an influencer strategy.

Manage all channels of partner communications. Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to identify strategic communication angles, simplify messaging and cadence, defining a partner marketing strategy that increases client engagement.

Work with the VP Strategic Business Operations to build and execute the content marketing strategy by creating high-quality and engaging content that supports the buyer’s journey and drives client engagement. Lead content operations, providing insight and accountability for cross-functional content workflow.

Work closely with the digital marketing team to repurpose content across platforms and social media channels to build brand familiarity and generate demand.

Drive storytelling opportunities across the service portfolio and clients, engaging PR agency partners to widen our reach when needed.

Team up with the demand generation, NPD and field marketing leaders to identify and execute diverse brand partnerships, drive brand awareness and build reputation to seed demand.

Create, manage, and track and report on overall strategic marketing plan designed to establish a rich customer engagement experience and drive business revenues and ROI.

Create and calendar management of all marketing projects to budget.

Manage and implement all digital tactical marketing initiatives, including corporate website, other web presence, marketing & sales collateral, social, SEO and CRM.

Design, develop, and distribute content marketing deliverables, including writing and editing newsletters, blogs, and miscellaneous internal and external communications.

Oversee full management of all brand assets for the IBEX product portfolio, including Certifiably Diverse, including managing vendors to collateral, videos, white papers, and other marketing materials.

Facilitate brand and community engagement through use of relevant materials to be used to promote the portfolio. For example, create and distribute relevant and current social posts for the entire team to share to increase visibility on various digital platforms.
- Manage graphics, advertising, and trade publication placement to leverage subject matter expert interviews and press exposure to generate marketing and sales qualified leads.
- Lead sponsorship strategy, including (but not restricted to) sponsor partner decision, execution, maximizing sponsorship engagements.

Create opportunities to engage perspective customers through events, sponsorships, and relevant digital and on-premises activations.
- Drive word of mouth using experiential ideas, ensuring all brand strategies are delivered through an omnichannel approach.

Serve as resident expert and engage with various professional and industry organizations to drive brand awareness, remain knowledgeable of the latest trends impacting our business landscape and to form mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Regular presence and participation in social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics and pitch the unique value proposition of the IBEX portfolio where appropriate.

Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries.

Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness.

Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams.

Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and behaviors to make data-driven recommendations to drive business growth.

Perform support duties including but not limited to database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, managing sales and marketing software tools RFP generation management.

Track metrics such as customer engagement and conversion rates to identify ways to improve future marketing tactics.

Appearance
