Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Pool construction sites, conducting construction estimating, and utilizing construction management software as needed.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards are met
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
- Conduct budgeting and cost control activities
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety and efficiency
Experience - not limited to:
- Proven experience in managing construction projects
- Familiarity with basic software
- Knowledge of pool pipeline construction processes
-Knowledge of general pool construction
-Knowledge of general pool Plumbing and pressure testing
Knowledge of pool chemistry
- Strong budgeting skills
- Ability to conduct construction estimating accurately
- Experience in quality control procedures
