The Espresso Plus team is currently seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of a Coffee, Tea, and Beverage Equipment Technician. This position involves troubleshooting, repairing, and installing a variety of equipment to our food service and retail customers. - Conducts on-site installations and exchanges of coffee, tea, and beverage equipment.
- Performs on-site troubleshooting and repairs of customer equipment.
- Provides responsive assistance to customers over the phone, addressing repairs, calibrations, and troubleshooting.
- Proactively identifies and corrects potential equipment issues before they escalate.
- Generates clear and accurate work orders, documenting service details, parts utilized, and outcomes.
- Ensures timely completion of all work orders with accuracy and completeness.
- Maintains adequate levels of part inventory within the company-provided service vehicle.
- Communicates effectively with the company dispatcher to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction.
- Adheres to all safety procedures and actively participates in safety training.
- Ensures safe and efficient utilization of equipment and tools.
- Regularly inspects the company vehicle, promptly notifying management of any required maintenance or repairs.
- Represents the company with a positive and professional demeanor, serving as the face of our brand.
- Participates in a rotating on-call schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

Qualification/Skills: The skills listed below are representative of the technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills required to meet the job qualifications for this position.
- Prior experience required with coffee and tea equipment (Minimum 1 year)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Quick Learner and Self Starter
- Positive, customer service attitude and a team player
- Reliable with the ability to work weekends/holidays as needed.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy with an emphasis in Microsoft Office Suite
Full time position Monday – Friday, 8AM–4:30PM. Benefits include company vehicle, health insurance, 401k, LTD, paid vacation and holidays.
