Position Purpose
Receptionist responsibilities include managing communication channels, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative tasks. Candidates must have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Paid Holidays
The Company provides paid time off for six (6) major holidays. Whenever one of these holidays falls on or is observed by the federal government on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the first impressions that those calling, emailing or walking in have with the Firm.
- Handle client emails, follow-ups, and email management.
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.
- Greet, receive and entertain VIP prospects, guests, and visitors the greatest of respect and enthusiasm
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Organization and preparation of all business and office correspondence
- Maintenance of office equipment, such as computer system, copier, faxes and printers
- Monitoring supply and equipment stock, determine needs, and place orders for necessary items.
- Processing and routing of all mail and other deliveries
- Organization and maintenance of all office records
- Participate in preparation of all proposals for prospects ad client meetings.
- Assist with any and all administrative tasks as assigned
- Assist with various events as assigned
QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE SUPPORT
- Must be an advocator of quality to support and improve the Quality Management System with business processes and coordinate required QMS meetings.
OTHER KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Achievement of weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
- Compliance with internal and client policies and procedures
- Compliance with applicable Federal, state, local and industry-specific regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
BACKGROUND CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Must pass pre-employment drug test, background check and pass security screening as required.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of financial software such as Panoramix and ByAllAccounts
- Must be able to pass annual background checks and submit to random drug testing.
- Familiarity with pension plans and 401K maintenance
- Understanding of compliance regulations in the financial industry
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Must have a minimum of 5 years or more experience in restaurant or other fast paced environment.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have an accomplished knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Microsoft Teams. Learn Box and CRM.
- Must be a quick learner of new applications, processes, and strategic business areas
LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have articulate, grammatically- and syntactically correct, written and verbal business-level communication capabilities.
- Must be detail oriented and the ability to proof read

- Must be highly qualified to multi-task with good organizational skills
- Requires strong reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to understand business problems from varying perspectives
