This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our team! This multi-faceted role demands the ability to prioritize numerous tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The preferred candidate must be able to coordinate 1-2 projects along with day-to-day administrative support functions. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Execute bid procurement and contract administration.
- Prepare subcontracts including scopes of work.
- Organize and file the appropriate paperwork in Procore.
- Prepare Requests for Information and Submittals.
- Manages change orders from creation through approval and tracking.
- Maintain and track project meeting minutes.
- Create and maintain material procurement schedules.
- Document project delays.
Requirements:
- Must have experience of at least 4 years as a Project Coordinator from GC.
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
- Must be a fast learner with strong communication skills.
- Strong computer knowledge in Microsoft project, word and excel.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret business documents.
- Ability to produce analytical reports, updates and presentations.
- Ability to take initiative and make decisions.
- A degree in Construction Management or equivalent work is preferred but not required.
