We are looking for a team member to help our marketing team coordinate the scheduling and processing of the new patient leads that are being generated. You will work closely with the marketing systems. You will be working with physicians and other team members to coordinate appointments for diagnostic testing. Temporarily you will also be helping with our current patients make and keep appointments and preparing for an additional team member to join you and taking over the current patient responsibilities.
When a patient calls our office, the first person they speak with sets the tone for their entire experience. This is one of the most important positions in our office, which is why we are looking for customer service phone ninjas to handle incoming patient phone calls.
MUST have excellent phone skills and the ability to professionally handle multiple phone lines and patient care simultaneously.
EXCELLENT interpersonal skills are required such as being COMPASSIONATE, highly motivated, very friendly, and have 100% people skills.
Candidate must be an organized, reliable and be a enthusiastic individual.
The ideal candidate must have a positive yet assertive personality and be a team player.
Must be available full time. Must have reliable transportation.
Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
