RESTAURANT and CATERING MANAGER:
Michael's Harborside
Michael's Harborside, a full service lunch and dinner restaurant located directly on the Merrimac River in historic Newburyport, is seeking a Front of House Manager with Catering oversight to join our outstanding team.
We are a looking for a high energy, organized, experienced candidate who will provide mature leadership with a great ability to multi task and motivate. A portion of your time will be spent engaged in catering sales and function execution, on and off site. We believe in extensive training to provide great service to our loyal guests and you would be a key component of staff development. What we Require:
Minimum 2 yrs.' management experience in the hospitality industry with a strong foundation in customer service.
Strong experience in catering sales and function execution.
Ability to communicate effectively with potential catering clients in person, on the phone and via email.
Must be committed to constantly improving guest experience and satisfaction.
Must be willing focus time on the floor supporting FOH and BOH staff.
Must be organized, motivated, and a spontaneous problem solver.
Must be mature and flexible in communicating effectively with all staff and guests.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
