The Sr. HR Analytics Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, reporting and interpreting data for use in the development of HR business strategies and insightful story telling. Primary responsibilities encompass Business Requirements Identification, Data Exploration and Data and Analytics Strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Identification - Collects Business Requirements using a variety of methods.
- Data Exploration & Data Control - Conducts research and selects relevant information to enable analysis of key themes and trends using primary data sources and business intelligence tools. Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on acquiring, organizing, protecting, and processing data to fulfill business objectives.
- Data and Analytics Strategy - Makes recommendations to improve data and analytics systems and platforms, contributing to the continuous improvement and refinement of data and analytics strategy.
- Advanced and Predictive Analytics - Runs advanced and predictive analyses and performs model assessments, validation, and enhancement activities using predictive software tools and functionalities.
- Insights and Reporting - Prepares and coordinates the completion of various data and analytics reports.
- Data management and architecture - Applies hands on methods for streamlining and standardizing data extraction, data transformation and loading of data into business intelligence tools and reporting solutions.
- May perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree)
- 6 years of Data Analytics (SQL querying expertise and reporting writing skills required)
