Presently we are seeking an experienced Line Cook (flexible schedule) for our luxury hotel clients
These positions are temporary (both short and long term).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled temporary/contract Cooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, menu planning, and meal preparation. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals following the provided recipes
- Assist in menu planning and maintaining food quality standards
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner while adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Cook or relevant role in the food industry
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Experience with menu planning and fine dining is a plus
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant field is desirable
