We’re Checkeeper, a software startup (software-as-a-service) in Greenville, SC. We’re growing fast, and are looking for another awesome human to join our team!
As a Customer Success Representative you'll be responsible for coordinating, investigating, and resolving issues for our users. You’ll be our first line of defense for most user questions and concerns. Basically juggling customer emails, responding to live chats, or submitting help tickets to our dev team by the time you’ve had your first cup of coffee.
You should probably like coffee.
What we're looking for
You’ll shine in this role if you’re a strong communicator with the ability to problem solve and get fired up about helping people, having conversations, and connecting with others.
Because of our small team, you will undoubtedly contribute in a bunch of different ways, but primarily this role will be client-facing and focused on ensuring an excellent experience for our customers.
What you’ll be doing
- Serve as the front line in a fast-paced environment, tackling an array of customer issues
- Assist customers who need guidance and support in relation to the Checkeeper product
- Schedule and lead product demos
- Correspond with customers through live chats, emails and calls
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure users receive the best customer service experience
- Notice even the smallest trends and pain points, then help us brainstorm ways to create better solutions to improve each customer’s experience
- Channel consistent customer feedback to all areas of the business such as marketing, design, and product
- Track, Follow Up, and Resolve all user related issues (account, billing, product etc)
- Customer issues may be time sensitive and operationally critical for our customers, so the ability to complete a quick assessment and guide them through next steps on the fly is vital
- Become an expert on Checkeeper’s features and spread its love everywhere
- Enter & help manage high quality leads in our CRM software
Qualifications

- Clear communicator with excellent reading comprehension and writing skills
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Tech savvy (not a hacker, but, you know the shortcuts)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- A strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities; comfortable with high-stress situations and a fast-paced environment
- A well-rounded team player who takes ownership of (and pride in) your work
- General awesomeness and or a sense of humor
