Role, Responsibilities and Details
Title: Site Director- Neuropsychologist
Reports to: CEO
Hours: Mon- Fri 8:30am-4:30pm/9am-5pm
Responsible for oversight of CCC’s Queens Office location. Responsible for oversight and general performance of the psychometric assistants, techs, externs, and postdocs. Prepare and write clinical neuropsychological reports, using data from psychological or neuropsychological test, self-report measures, rating scales, direct observations, or interview. Administer and oversee comprehensive neuropsychological testing and assessments for patient. Day-to-day supervision of psychometric assistants, externs, and postdocs on their daily task assignments: testing, scoring and report writing. Score neuropsychological tests, identify appropriate normative values, and translate scores. Must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and be prepared to work with patients with PCS/TBI.
Job Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist/Neuropsychologist
- Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations at CCC’s Queens Office location
- Implement productivity standards to increase teams’ productivity and ensuring weekly/monthly productivity thresholds are met
- Five+ years of related experience in the field of public health or community program development is required
- Knowledge of program planning concepts, principles and practices with a focus on building and maintaining a system of integrated care that supports patient needs
- Ability to establish rapport and gain the confidence of the members of the patient care team, clients, and associates
- Ability to work independently with willingness to take initiative in addressing concerns and issues for desired outcomes
- Address and monitor any corrective action plans related to clinical performance of staff
- Bilingual (Preferred)
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (Salary commensurate with experience)
